Looking into it further I noticed quite a few new directories from today in "/usr/pbi/crashplan-amd64/share/crashplan/upgrade". I was unable to connect to my headless crashplan service on my client which has happened in the past when crashplan decides to update itself. I noticed today that my crashplan jail using inbound bandwidth (which struck me as odd as I wasn't doing any restores) so I went to investigate.
